Dr. Low is top-notch. He’s both professional and friendly. He’s done multiple crowns that were as quick and painless as you could possibly expect. Dr. Low also found a solution to fluoride staining on my teeth that I’ve been embarrassed about for decades. I’d highly recommend Dr. Low to anyone looking for great dental care.

While others just wanted anesthesia so they could be done faster, Dr. Low took his time and made dental visits a positive thing. Dr. Low first worked on my mouth when I was visiting from out of state and broke a tooth. He graciously worked me into his schedule on short notice. When an X-ray revealed that there was bone loss at the base of the tooth, he made me a temporary crown until I could get a dental implant. I have since seen Dr. Low for teeth whitening and regular check-ups. I’m happy to report zero cavities on my last visit! He and his team are always very friendly, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an outstanding dentist.

Yay! Just got done with my teeth cleaning! It has been 5 years since my last cleaning. No cavities and the dentist was so impressed by how well I take care of my teeth! He said my 5 years look like most people’s 6 month check-up! 36 years old and still only have 2 cavities! Thank you to the incredible staff at Billings West Dental! From the reception to the X-ray tech, dentist, and dental assistant, everyone was so kind, attentive, and gentle. I’ve always been a bit nervous to go to the dentist and I was so comfortable during the cleaning it helped my anxiety a lot! If you need a new dentist, 10/10 I would recommend! ????????

Everyone in this dental office is amazing. The staff makes you feel important and like part of the family. Stacy (the best hygienist) has even gotten my son to talk and feel comfortable in the chair. The office truly cares for you as a person, not a number.

Dr. Low and his staff are incredible! Some of our boys tend to build up plaque and calculus more than others, and after our first visit, their teeth were cleaner and whiter than I have EVER seen them. They are so thorough! Probably the most thorough hygienists we have ever had! Dr. Low and his staff also create a calm, relaxing culture and environment, which is always great for families. Our whole family now sees Dr. Low and we are always met with a smile and friendly faces. They are personable and friendly, but also professional and always make us feel right at home. What a great TEAM! So glad we switched!

Nothing like the fear of a dentist. The drills, the nasty stuff in your mouth, and of course the ominous feeling of doom. When you walk to the dentist's door it's the equivalent of walking to the gallows. This is not even close to the case here. (Well the walk up to the door is, but that goes away when you meet them) I had to go in due to a different dentist not finishing my root canal. They got me immediately in and the whole experience was amazing. Sharon was a ray of light and they keep you up-to-date on every aspect. Trust me, you won't feel a thing during your time there either. I am pulling my entire family from my previous dentist and moving them here. From the scheduling to the check-in, procedure, and billing they were all great. They are amazing and I definitely recommend!

Dr. Low did it again! He is a miracle worker for sure and for certain! He saved my tooth but in doing so saved three because it was a bridge. Oh my, we thought it was minor but he kept it going until all the decay was gone-this was at the root! He is indeed a miracle worker. My happy 4th of July wasn't happy when I lost my porcelain crown on a piece of Starburst taffy candy. I was just passing through Billings, from Wisconsin, and was a patient of Billings West from 15 years ago. So, I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could quickly fit me in to refasten my crown. They fit me in immediately, and my experience was absolutely wonderful (as it was years ago). Danny and Dr. Low were wonderful to talk to, and both were highly skilled (having many years of experience). What a team! Now, I can enjoy the rest of my vacation, visiting old friends in MT, thanks to this team going out of their way to help me. Thanks so much!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Had a root canal and the numbing shots they gave me were the least painful I’ve ever had. From their performance to their culture, they’re great. I had absolutely no complaints during my time here. Dani, the dental assistant, makes going to the dentist actually fun and she teaches you along the way about what everything means. Dr. Low did an amazing job on a tricky root situation and did it with ease. One of the most affordable places in town too if you don’t have insurance. Priscilla was great to work with as well. While I was calling around looking for a dentist, she explained everything through the phone and was extremely nice and friendly. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you!

There are so many good things I would love to say about this place. I came here to visit my daughter, but on the first day of my visit, I had an accident, fell on the sidewalk, and broke my 2 front teeth. My husband tried to find a dental office for me, but no one wanted to see me (except for Billings West Dental). Not only did they squeeze their schedule to fit me in it, but they also got me temporary crowns, and after 7 days, I had beautiful, perfectly fitted crowns on my broken teeth. Everyone was super nice and professional, starting at the front desk, and ending at the technicians and dentist. Sorry, I do not remember names. I was too traumatized. Thanks to them, I could enjoy my time with my daughter in Billings. We are seriously thinking about moving to Montana from Texas. Thank you for everything, but mostly for being human beings and helping those in need. :))

Dr. Low is one of the best dentists I’ve ever experienced. Prior to Dr. Low, I had experienced dental trauma, which had prompted me to skip going to the dentist for two years. When I first met Dr. Low (after my dental hiatus), he noticed a few issues, as you might even imagined. Dr. Low addressed each issue with care and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I recommend him to everyone I know and wish everyone could have the pleasure of seeing him for their dental needs.

The best dentist I have been to. The staff is extremely understanding and kind. I've honestly never been to an establishment with such sincere workers. No one likes going to the dentist but I highly recommend scheduling with them if you need work done. They will make the experience as easy as possible for you and will try to make it fun as well. This is one of the best places to go! My boyfriend needed some fillings and teeth pulled; they were amazing the whole time! From the very beginning, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Definitely didn't feel like a dentist's office! The whole time, they made sure he was comfortable and not in any pain. He had a lot of anxiety around dentists with his teeth, but they helped him through the process and answered all our questions. Definitely will be back!
