Meet the Team at Billings West Dental

Gina has been a valued member of our team since February 2003, bringing over 23 years of experience in the dental field. Her passion for connecting with patients and brightening their day shines through in every interaction. Originally from Laurel, Gina cherishes her hometown roots. She is a proud Montana State University graduate (Go Cats!), where she also met her husband, Tod. After graduation, they settled in the Billings area to raise their two daughters. Outside of work, Gina enjoys family time, traveling, game nights, and cheering at sporting events.

From Gina: I love the group of people I get to work with every day, and I am so grateful for our amazing patients!

I was born and raised in Billings where I attended Billings West High and Montana State University Billings. While my professional work background is in technology and insurance billing, dentistry has been such a welcoming and positive field. The most rewarding experience and my favorite part of this office is helping patients improve their overall quality of life through dental treatment. I feel very fortunate to be a part of Dr. Low’s team!

In my spare time, I love having fun with my beautiful teen daughter, and cuddling my handsome golden retriever, Sampson. I also enjoy coffee, reading mystery novels, and going to the mountains.

Samantha joined our practice in 2022 after relocating to Montana from Austin, Texas. Originally from a small town in Utah, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Dixie State University in 2015 and has been practicing for eight years. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

From Sam: My love for dental hygiene began in my teens when I started working at a dental office. Not only did I love working in the healthcare field, but I also loved being able to see a patient’s demeanor change when they went through both restorative and cosmetic dental procedures. I love educating patients because it is imperative to help improve and maintain their oral health; also, education helps with understanding the connection of oral health and overall health. I focus on creating achievable goals with my patients and I enjoy being able to meet new people, have fun conversations, and listen to their personal stories.

Jade earned her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Wyoming in 2016, following her graduation from Sheridan College in 2015. With eight years of experience and certification in local anesthetic, Jade is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and providing personalized, top-quality care.

Originally from Scobey, MT, Jade enjoys ranching, roping, and training horses and cow dogs with her fiancé and family. No matter the season, she loves outdoor activities—from skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to water skiing in the summer.

Shelley has over 30 years of experience in dentistry, with the past 23 as a Registered Dental Hygienist after graduating from hygiene school in Florida. She has been a valued member of our team since 2010. A Billings native, Shelley enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, especially staying involved in her children’s activities.

From Shelley: I became interested in dentistry while still in junior high because my older sister was in the dental field. She taught me a great deal when we worked together, and we both eventually attended dental hygiene school together. My passion for this profession continues. I love meeting new people and being a part of their oral health and education. I have truly enjoyed the transition with Dr. Low and hope to be a part of this wonderful practice for years to come.

Dani joined our team as a dental assistant in July 2022, bringing nine years of experience and a strong connection with Dr. Low from working together at a previous office. She loves spending time with her husband, Chad, and their two daughters, Peyton and Teagan, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and family time.

From Dani: I decided to enter dentistry after 21 years of cosmetology. I decided it was time for a change. I am currently CDA and CPR certified dentistry is a great field because it continues to have advances in technology. I love learning something new every day at my job. I also love the patients, hearing their stories, calming anxiety, and becoming someone they trust. I love working with Dr. Low because he’s an amazing dentist! He exudes honesty, integrity, and compassion for every patient he sees.

Sharon has been a dental assistant in Billings for over 30 years and finds joy in helping and connecting with patients every day. She holds certifications as a Certified Dental Assistant, Certified Preventative Functions Dental Assistant, and Certified Restorative Function Dental Assistant. Originally from Chicago, Sharon studied ballet and toured the U.S., Canada, and Spain as a dancer. She also sang in a rock band—and even married the guitarist! Billings has been her home for the past three decades, where she embraces a lifestyle focused on fitness and holistic health. A former yoga teacher of 11 years, she still practices daily. Sharon also has a love for books, stray animals, music, gardening, and healthy cooking.

From Sharon: I have had the good fortune to work with and learn from, the best dentists in Billings. My luck now continues with the opportunity to work with Dr. Low. He sets the bar high for himself every day. This inspires me to strive for the same level by continuously improving my skills and fulfilling all my job responsibilities. The goal is to make every task I do as a dental assistant, both big and small, add up to an exceptional experience for each patient’s visit.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the chance to help patients feel confident and comfortable during their appointments. I have learned it is as simple as listening with compassion and respect. The real bonus is the amazing and inspiring stories so many people have shared.
I am blessed to work with a team of smart, talented, and enthusiastic professionals. Our office has a fun, energetic feel that makes it easy to love my job!

Dara has been a dental assistant since 2007 and is proud to be a third-generation Montanan, with roots tracing back to her great-grandparents who were homesteaders. Born and raised in the Billings area, she graduated from Billings West High School and attended Montana State University-Billings. An animal lover, Dara stays active with her two dogs and cat, enjoying the outdoors.

From Dara: I enjoy assisting because every day is different, and you never know who will walk through the door that day. There is always room for continuing education and skills to be learned so the work continues to be exciting and new. I feel like there is truly never a boring day.

Keri joined the office in early 2023, but as Dr. Low’s wife, she’s been supporting his dental journey since his days in dental school. Certified to take dental X-rays, Keri assists chairside, up front, and in sterilization. She loves the staff and patients at Billings West Dental and is proud to call this practice home.

Keri earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a Human Biology emphasis in 2004 from Brigham Young University, followed by a Master’s in Physiology & Developmental Biology. She worked as a laboratory manager at the Hillman Cancer Center at the University of Pittsburgh, contributing to several publications, before transitioning to the Department of Environmental Health & Safety.

After moving to Montana, Keri focused on raising her children and took on freelance graphic design and landscaping projects. She enjoys gardening, cooking, art, reading, traveling, and hiking. See Dr. Low’s bio for more about their family.
